"Depression"... Let's talk about it

When we use the term depression, it incorporates plenty of ideas in it, but we somehow know the concept. In general, we can say that when you lose interest in life or the purpose of life. Several circumstances can lead to depression. I am going to give you some tips in this regard (don’t worry, I am not going to say to eat garlic cloves)😉. The most important aspect in this regard is negativity. When you start to feel negative about anything (anything at all), get to work (really) because your spare time is causing all this fuss. Well, you can get rid of it through some simple tasks. First of all, change your routine, if your routine includes a lot of work and you are simply following the same pattern, it's not going to work dude😒. Intrigue yourself, challenge yourself learn some new language or skill, and you are set to go💪.



Whenever you feel like down or gloomy, meet with people, especially positive ones. Always have someone by your side with whom you can laugh. Laughter is great to get rid of depressing thoughts. So, if you are the alone type of person, you can watch funny clips, stand-up comedy or at the very least any comedy movie. Sometimes these measures work like wonders, especially if you have great friends, hang out with them. Try to look at the positive things in life, train your mind to look at the positive aspects. The human mind is like a slave if you try to set something in your mind just try to do it and your brain would say “Your wish is my command sir/ma’am🙇.” If it doesn’t work for you, or if you are too lazy for mind exercises, look into the mirror, in your eyes and lecture yourself, you will feel more convinced than any one's else lecture💟.

P.S: Never ever listen to sad songs, whatever may happen. Seriously, it's not good if you are already feeling down.
