"Depression"... Let's talk about it
When we use the term depression, it incorporates plenty of ideas in it, but we somehow know the concept. In general, we can say that when you lose interest in life or the purpose of life. Several circumstances can lead to depression. I am going to give you some tips in this regard (don’t worry, I am not going to say to eat garlic cloves)😉.
